About me

NAIT-Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma, Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Hey! Welcome to Velotic Training & Fitness. My name is Chris and I run Velotic Training as a fitness company trainings for all. I specialize in youth sports & fitness, general population in strength and cardio, developing specific aspects in sports performance such as technique in sprinting or jumping higher, etc.

  • Jasper Place High School Boys Soccer

  • Jasper Place Rowing Club

  • Jasper Place High School Track & Field Club

  • @ Jasper Place, trained a student with disabilities for a semester

  • Trained & assisted students and staff with 1 on 1 and group training, along with assisting with exercises

  • Assisted with offseason Rebels football

  • BTB Soccer Academy Fitness

  • Trained general population for weight loss and development of functional strength

My goal is to have the experience(s) and the ability to train anybody! I currently am open to in-taking clients now! Whether in-person or online.
